Order Cancellations
Please note: Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may, however, refuse the delivery or return it to us once received, following our standard return policy below.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition: This means the product shows no signs of wear, tear, or use.

In the original packaging: All original tags, labels, and protective covers must be intact.

Accompanied by proof of purchase: Your order number or receipt.
Non-returnable items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for used foam rollers, massage balls, or any other products that have come into direct contact with the skin, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact us: Within the 30-day window, please email our customer service team at [Your Support Email] with your order number and the reason for return.

Get approval: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the package.

Ship it back: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and mail your return to the address we provide. Please note:

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. For returns, a deduction may be made from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to your handling of them (beyond what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund (following the steps above) and then place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [Your Support Email] with photos of the product and its packaging. We will gladly cover the return shipping cost and will promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
